Thanks again for your help I appreciate the warranty help and it means a lot to me that you all handle this with the priority that you have.

Being in a similar service related business I know we all have failures, sometimes and I also make sure we handle our problems with the same high priority attitude. Everyone screws up once in awhile but not everyone fixes their problems quickly and correctly as they should. Its also one of the things that so so companies apart from excellent ones.
