The 331 / 415 HP Crate EFI Engine W/ 4 speed AOD Stage 3 Automatic Transmission is a nice upgrade for the early Muscle Cars. The overdrive gear reduces the RPMs considerably from an early C4 . More torque than the 302. Cast Steel Crank, Steel Beam Rods, Roller Camshaft, Roller Valvetrain. Aluminum Cylinder Heads Flow exceptionally better than the old Iron Heads. Classic Thump Idle sound. Pump Gas Friendly. Available Carbureted or Sniper EFI. The Sniper EFI delivers clean and consistent starts and a very responsive throttle.

The overdrive gear reduces the RPMs considerably from an early C4 . More torque than the 302. Cast Steel Crank, Steel Beam Rods, Roller Camshaft, Roller Valvetrain. Aluminum Cylinder Heads Flow exceptionally better than the old Iron Heads. Classic Thump Idle sound. Pump Gas Friendly. Available Carbureted or Sniper EFI. Will Replace most early 260, 289, 302 and later model Small Block Ford Engines Pump Gas Friendly. This 331 has plenty of Seat of Pants Torque Gains for pulling / Towing. Just the right amount of classic Thump Idle sound. Pump Gas Friendly Pump Gas Friendly – 91 octane and up.
